Undoubtedly, most of you who read this blog use the online service
Strava.com to track their cycling. For those of you that don't use it or know of it, Strava is a service that allows you to upload your cycling (or running, hiking, etc) activity data from your GPS device and then outputs that onto a Google map and also provides summaries of various data points (time, distance, altitude climbed, heart rate, etc.).

Studio Velo) rider used some careful ride planning and Strava to show demonstrate his feeling while out on a bike. Check out the details on "
A relationship recovery ride".
